Centara Anda Dhevi Resort & Spa Krabi, Krabi

We had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the check-in process was frustratingly long and the reception staff were quite rude, the pool access room was clean and had a great view. Unfortunately, the air conditioning issues made it hard to enjoy our stay. Overall, some aspects were nice, but the service and facilities need significant improvement.

My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. While the location is really convenient, just a short walk to the beach and nearby restaurants, my first room had an awful smell that was unbearable. After getting switched to a better room, I enjoyed the clean and modern space. The restaurant experience was inconsistent, primarily due to the service, which felt rushed. Overall, it offered decent value for money, though some improvements are needed.
